Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
- Manage exceptional customer relationship management and demonstrate authentic, personalized customer service
- Direct business planning activities including setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis, and staff scheduling

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Prior business planning experience including setting sales targets, customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Prior retail operations experience encompassing inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Legal right to live and work in the country

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within the prestige cosmetics sector. Demonstrated success leading teams to meet sales and customer service targets in fast-paced retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail management certifications or cosmetics industry training preferred.
