Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve all sales and customer service targets
- Create and execute strategic business plans to drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and in-store events
- Manage all store operations including inventory management, facilities maintenance, cash reconciliation, and compliance
- Conduct sales analysis, set performance targets, manage staff scheduling, and oversee point-of-sale operations
- Foster exceptional customer relationship management and personalized service delivery
- Recruit and retain high-performing team members and foster a positive retail culture
- Monitor business performance against KPIs and adapt strategies in response to market conditions
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including sales targeting, customer service goal-setting, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional campaigns
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
