MAC is seeking a Store Manager for its full-time retail location in Shopping Campo Grande, Campo Grande. The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage sales performance, lead and develop store personnel, and ensure exceptional customer experiences aligned with MAC's premium cosmetics brand positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure compliance with MAC and Estée Lauder Companies policies and procedures
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective team management and customer engagement strategies
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store associates to maintain high service and sales standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects MAC's luxury cosmetics positioning
- Monitor inventory levels, product stock rotation, and stock accuracy
- Build and cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance across all product categories
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury goods
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems and retail operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience, ideally within cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail sectors.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in retail management is advantageous.
