Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations and ensure compliance with MAC and Estée Lauder Companies policies and procedures
- Drive sales performance and revenue targets through effective team management and customer engagement strategies
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate store associates to maintain high service and sales standards
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment reflects MAC's luxury cosmetics positioning
- Monitor inventory levels, product stock rotation, and stock accuracy
- Build and cultivate client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance across all product categories
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics or luxury goods
