Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and in-store event execution
- Oversee inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale operations
- Recruit and retain customers through exceptional customer relationship management and front-line marketing initiatives
- Set sales and customer service targets, conduct sales analysis, and manage staff scheduling
- Build and maintain high-performing team culture focused on achieving business objectives
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including sales target-setting, customer service metrics, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotions
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada
