MAC, a prestige beauty brand under Estée Lauder Companies, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead sales operations at the Cross Iron Mall location in Calgary. The successful candidate will drive team performance, execute strategic business plans, and oversee all retail operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. This first-level management role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, event management, and customer relationship management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with strategic customer targeting and in-store event execution
- Oversee inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale operations
- Recruit and retain customers through exceptional customer relationship management and front-line marketing initiatives
- Set sales and customer service targets, conduct sales analysis, and manage staff scheduling
- Build and maintain high-performing team culture focused on achieving business objectives
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including sales target-setting, customer service metrics, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotions
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Demonstrated experience leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets, conducting business planning, and managing retail operations.
