Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan including strategic customer targeting and retention initiatives

- Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of successfully leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and experiential marketing
- Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Legal right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within the cosmetics or prestige beauty sector. Demonstrated success leading teams in fast-paced retail environments, with a track record of achieving sales and customer service targets. Experience with business planning, including setting targets, analysing sales performance, and scheduling staff.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail management training or certifications preferred.
