Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with accountability for customer acquisition and retention through strategic targeting and consumer insights
- Conduct sales analysis, establish targets, and manage staff scheduling to optimize operational efficiency
- Execute in-store events and consumer engagement initiatives aligned with brand strategy
- Manage store operations including inventory, facilities, cash reconciliation, and point-of-sale systems administration
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive loyalty and brand advocacy

Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Previous business planning experience including sales targeting, financial analysis, and staff scheduling
- Retail operations expertise including inventory management, facilities oversight, and cash reconciliation
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional activities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the United States
