Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor sales team members through modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and achievement of sales targets
- Execute daily cash reconciliation procedures at store opening and closing
- Manage store opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis
- Provide inspirational, personalized customer service and support team members in delivering the same
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overall store operations and compliance
- Assist in maintaining store standards and executing retail operations in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Cash reconciliation and store operations experience (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. While not essential, prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Experience with retail operations including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is advantageous.
