Role & Responsibilities
- Lead in-store artistry by example, driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving individual sales targets
- Train, coach, and inspire makeup artists and content creators within the store environment
- Execute makeup bookings, in-store events, and facilitate masterclasses at beauty schools, theatres, and media venues
- Manage social media content creation on personal platforms (Instagram and TikTok) and retail channels for new product launches and brand moments
- Build and maintain artist relations collaborations and sponsorships with external creative partners
- Drive PRO membership business through VIP shopping experiences and loyalty initiatives
- Support special projects and external events including influencer meet-ups, seminars, and fashion weeks
- Establish collaborative relationships with colleagues and direct management while maintaining accountability to KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience within MAC
- Advanced and strong makeup artistry skills with proven technical expertise
- Prior retail experience in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Proficiency in Scandinavian languages (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) and English, both verbal and written
- Active and proficient user of TikTok and Instagram with demonstrated content creation abilities
