Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model behaviors aligned with brand standards and customer service objectives
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Conduct opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation on a rotational basis

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty

- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Desirable: Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation
- Desirable: Previous supervisory or coaching and mentoring experience
