Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to model behaviors aligned with brand standards and customer service objectives
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets
- Conduct opening and closing procedures including cash reconciliation on a rotational basis
- Lead by example in demonstrating inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service delivery

Qualifications
