MAC, a brand of The Estée Lauder Companies, seeks an ambitious and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager at the Valley Fair location. The successful candidate will leverage exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities to lead by example, fostering authentic, personalized customer service while achieving sales and service targets. Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliation, store opening and closing duties, and mentoring sales personnel to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced prestige beauty retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures for store openings and closings
- Model company behaviors and retail best practices to inspire sales team performance
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations
- Achieve sales and customer service targets while maintaining high service standards
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts, including opening and closing duties on a rotational basis
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or lead experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certifications are not explicitly required.
