Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute daily cash reconciliation and point-of-sale procedures for store openings and closings

- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Legal right to live and work in the United States
