MAC by Estée Lauder seeks a Key Holder at Vaughan Mills, Ontario. Lead a sales team, manage store operations, and drive customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Coach and mentor sales team members by modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and values
- Lead sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service aligned with brand standards
- Conduct daily start-of-day and end-of-day cash reconciliation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis, ensuring security protocols and operational readiness
- Monitor and drive achievement of all sales and customer service targets
- Maintain retail operations excellence and support team performance through positive leadership
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Canada with proof available upon request
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is desirable. Demonstrated ability to deliver personalized customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
