MAC Cosmetics seeks a Sales Advisor to deliver authentic, personalized customer experiences and drive sales targets. The incumbent will ensure each client receives exceptional service through welcoming demeanor, expert product consultation, and professional service delivery. The role requires embodying and communicating the brand's identity to clients with enthusiasm, supporting the retailer's commercial strategy through revenue development and collaborative teamwork, and maintaining the visual identity and operational standards of the point of sale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver authentic and personalized service experiences to each customer through attentive consultation and product expertise
- Embody and communicate the MAC brand identity to clients with enthusiasm and authenticity
- Support the retailer's commercial strategy by developing sales revenue and achieving store targets
- Manage counter presentation and maintain visual standards consistent with brand identity
- Build collaborative, dynamic working relationships within the sales team
- Manage transactions using point-of-sale software and maintain store operational protocols
Qualifications
- Passion for cosmetics and beauty retail
- First sales experience, ideally within the beauty sector
- Capacity to deliver inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Familiarity with point-of-sale software systems
- Availability to meet flexible retail operating hours
