Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison between M·A·C brand, department store partners, specialty multi-brand counters (SMCs), and online retail platforms to ensure seamless communication and program execution
- Plan, schedule, and execute brand campaign rollouts across all retail channels, including department store communications on product information, promotional initiatives, and program logistics
- Manage event calendar coordination, secure retail venue availability, monitor reservation progress, and prepare post-event analysis reports to optimize future activations
- Produce and coordinate livestream product demonstrations and promotional content on retailer online platforms to enhance brand reach and consumer engagement
- Develop collaborative retail programs between department store and SMC channels, including promotional strategy alignment and coordinated program planning
- Arrange advertising exposure across department store mailers, direct marketing (DM) materials, banners, and campaign outposts to maximize brand visibility
- Monitor competitive promotional activity and retailer DM materials to maintain market awareness and inform strategic planning

Qualifications
