Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service through tailored makeup consultation
- Drive achievement of KPIs and sales targets through coaching conversations, business analytics, and on-the-floor observations
- Demonstrate diverse makeup looks and maintain impeccable MAC black professional grooming standards as a role model for the team
- Direct retail events and theme days to maximize commercial performance

- Attend and facilitate mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person), with travel as required

Qualifications
- Strong makeup skills, either self-taught or accredited, with portfolio or examples required
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams with elevated standards of customer service and KPI attainment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
