Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to exceed sales, customer service and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan focused on strategic customer targeting and retention
- Oversee all point-of-sale operations, inventory management, cash reconciliation and facilities management
- Develop and execute in-store events designed to drive traffic and elevate brand engagement
- Analyse sales performance data and customer insights to inform business strategy
- Establish and monitor team schedules and sales/customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service, setting the standard for the team
- Manage retail operations during extended hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Previous business planning experience including setting targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience creating and executing in-store events and promotional activations
- Strong inventory and facilities management capabilities
- Cash handling and reconciliation expertise
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Australia
