Role & Responsibilities
- Drive retail sales while delivering five-star customer service.
- Manage and develop the team’s talent and capabilities to achieve optimal performance.
- Deliver retail operational excellence and maintain an efficient, effective work environment.
- Spend the majority of the time on the sales floor, coaching the team and leading by example to ensure every customer receives The M·A·C Experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales or a goal-driven environment is desirable.
- Experience leading and supervising people.
- Experience in a retail store environment is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Makeup artistry experience and qualifications are desirable; on-the-job training is available for candidates with proven leadership and retail experience, an existing level of confidence, and a commitment to learn.
