Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop sales associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
- Create and execute agile business plans with strategic targeting to recruit and retain customers
- Manage in-store events and implement customer relationship management strategies
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Set sales and customer service targets, conduct sales analysis and manage staff scheduling
- Drive front-line marketing initiatives and consumer insights
- Manage retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous business planning experience including target setting, sales analysis and staff scheduling
- Retail operations experience with inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Right to live and work in Australia
