MAC is hiring a Retail Manager in Brisbane to lead store operations, team coaching, and sales achievement in prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan for customer recruitment and retention through strategic targeting and relationship management
- Conduct business planning including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Manage retail operations including inventory, facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Create and execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive brand loyalty
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Proven retail management or assistant retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Previous business planning experience including sales target setting, customer service objectives, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Demonstrated retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Australia
