Retail Manager – MAC Unicentro, Bogotá | Lead cosmetics boutique operations for Estée Lauder
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations at the Unicentro boutique location
- Supervise and develop a team of sales associates and beauty consultants
- Drive sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
- Manage point-of-sale systems and daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
