MAC, a prestigious cosmetics brand under Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a Retail Manager for its Unicentro location in Bogotá. This role oversees all point-of-sale operations, team leadership, and sales performance at a full-service retail flagship, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue targets in a fast-paced luxury beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all retail operations at the Unicentro boutique location
- Supervise and develop a team of sales associates and beauty consultants
- Drive sales performance and achievement of revenue targets
- Manage point-of-sale systems and daily cash reconciliation
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are maintained
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage client relationships
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation

Education
