Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup application and consultation services to customers
- Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and color theory to enhance their purchase experience
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to competitive excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software preferred
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience desirable but not required
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
