The role combines creative expertise with customer engagement, encompassing individual consultations, product application, visual merchandising contributions, and event-driven promotions. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational make-up consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Execute in-store events and activations as part of a collaborative team to drive brand engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to compete effectively within the retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Support team performance targets while upholding MAC's reputation for excellence in prestige beauty
Qualifications
- Certification in make-up artistry or professional retail make-up experience (preferred)
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in make-up application
- Exceptional capability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Ireland
