Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient store operations and sales performance
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with the brand's customer service standards
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures on a rota basis, including cash reconciliation and till management

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or lead experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems (desirable)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Minimum proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring is desirable.
