MAC seeks a part-time Sales Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational customer service and achieve assigned sales targets at the Palermo Forum location. The role encompasses client reception, product expertise, and collaborative visual merchandising execution while maintaining the brand's elevated service standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide authentic, personalized service aligned with customer service and sales objectives
- Deliver inspirational and educational purchasing experiences that reflect MAC's brand values
- Build collaborative relationships with team members to maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Manage retail point-of-sale systems and transactions
- Participate in promotional events and flexible scheduling including weekends and evening shifts
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or service sector, preferably cosmetics
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail management systems (POS)
- Legal authorization to work in Italy
