The Retail Artist at MAC welcomes customers, delivers personalized beauty service, supports sales and customer-service targets, and works with the store team to uphold visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide distinctive, personalized service to achieve customer service and sales targets.
- Create a unique in-store experience that informs, inspires, and delights each customer through a passionate approach to colleagues, the company, its products, and services.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure the store meets the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail and customer relations experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Ability to deliver engaging, distinctive, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours in a fast-paced environment, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
