Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to create personalized looks for customers while providing expert product education and recommendations
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that build brand loyalty and drive sales conversion
- Participate in the execution and staffing of in-store promotional events, product launches, and beauty experiences
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive presentation of products and brand values
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in makeup application techniques with strong creative and technical capabilities
