MAC seeks an on-call/freelance Makeup Artist in Stockholm to provide personalized beauty experiences, makeup services and product advice, while meeting sales targets, managing counter standards and supporting in-store events. The role reports to the Counter Manager and offers product discounts, training and development, and opportunities to move to other markets.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
• Guide customers through the brand’s offering and recommend products according to their needs.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, create impact through in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards.
• Meet individual sales targets.
• Maintain an exceptional and authentic customer experience by identifying products suited to customer needs.
• Take ownership of the counter, keeping it tidy, replenished and merchandised in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Build collaborative relationships with colleagues and the direct manager.
• Perform services, participate in in-store events and support colleagues.
• Handle cashiering and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty in support of business financial objectives.
