MAC seeks a passionate Makeup Artist and Sales Associate to deliver luxury cosmetics expertise and personalized client consultations at the Posnania shopping center in Poznań. This full-time temporary role combines makeup application, skincare consultation, and sales activities with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships and advancing store sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application, skincare consultation, and beauty advice to clients
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and drive sales of luxury cosmetics products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets
- Contribute to the professional image and visual presentation of the salon
- Stay informed on current makeup trends and product offerings
Qualifications
- Passion for beauty, makeup trends, and luxury cosmetics brands
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in makeup application or professional makeup training
- Sales experience or demonstrated willingness to develop sales skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment
Skills
Experience
Experience in sales or beauty services is preferred; cosmetology or makeup training is highly advantageous.
Education
