MAC is seeking a full-time Makeup Artist Sales Associate for its Shopping RioMar location in Recife. The role combines makeup expertise and customer service with store-event support and visual merchandising, and includes training and development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspiring and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use makeup expertise, creativity and technique, together with a passion for people, to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact at store events.
- Ensure the point of sale consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Valuable point-of-sale or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends.
- Previous experience with cash management or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Makeup certification and/or previous makeup experience is desirable; candidates with amateur experience are also welcome and will receive training.
Skills
Experience
Point-of-sale or customer service experience is required; cosmetics or fragrance experience is preferred. Previous makeup experience is desirable, but amateur makeup experience is also accepted.
