Working as part of a high-performing sales team, the role involves educating customers on makeup techniques, conducting in-store events, and maintaining elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup application and consultation to customers
- Conduct makeup demonstrations and educational sessions in-store and at special events
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to stand out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through authentic, personalized service
Qualifications
- Certification or qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Ireland
