Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications to customers in-store
- Educate customers on MAC products and makeup techniques to enhance their purchase decisions
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product displays to differentiate the store from competitors
- Participate in in-store events and brand activations to drive sales and customer engagement
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred

- Creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to work retail hours flexibly, including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Proof of right to live and work in the Czech Republic

Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level creative experience and demonstrable technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training preferred; secondary education minimum.
