MAC seeks a Makeup Artist for its Myer Perth location to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role is on-call/freelance and requires availability for retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people in customer interactions.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Australia if invited to interview.

Previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed.
Education
