Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Execute product demonstrations and in-store beauty events to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain expertise in current makeup trends, color theory, and MAC's full product portfolio
- Contribute to visual merchandising standards and brand presentation throughout the store
- Collaborate with team members to create exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Support inventory management and maintain compliance with store cleanliness and safety standards
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or proven retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal right to live and work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred but not required; applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
