Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications that educate and inspire customers
- Execute in-store events and demonstrations to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter displays to stand out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store targets and objectives
- Deliver exceptional customer service during retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Mexico
