MAC seeks a highly skilled makeup artist to deliver inspirational, personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. The role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people, encompassing consultations, makeovers, and product demonstrations. As a member of a high-performing retail team, the candidate will contribute to in-store events and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards that differentiate the brand from competitors. While certification in makeup artistry or retail makeup experience is preferred, passionate individuals with amateur-level experience and demonstrated technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications to customers
- Conduct in-store makeup demonstrations and educational sessions
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Colombia

Experience
While certification or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, applicants with amateur-level makeup experience who can demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry or equivalent training is preferred but not required.
