Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Makeup Artist for MAC in Medellín, Colombia to provide inspirational in-store beauty experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications to customers
- Conduct in-store makeup demonstrations and educational sessions
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Build and nurture customer relationships to drive brand loyalty
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Colombia
