Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup artistry and beauty consultation to customers in a retail environment
- Educate customers on makeup techniques, products, and brand offerings through in-store demonstrations and personalized service
- Execute in-store events and campaigns to drive engagement and sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate MAC against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also welcomed
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Right to live and work in Malaysia

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the brand welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise and a commitment to exceptional customer service in a prestige beauty retail setting.
Education
Qualification in makeup artistry or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required.
