A skilled makeup artist for MAC, part of Estée Lauder Companies, will deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations, combining technical expertise with creative artistry to educate and inspire customers. The role involves executing makeup applications, leading in-store beauty events, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales within a high-performance retail team. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Execute makeup transformations that showcase technical expertise and creative vision
- Lead and participate in in-store beauty events and product demonstrations
- Maintain MAC visual merchandising standards and drive retail display excellence to differentiate against competitors
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software and manage inventory

Qualifications
