MAC seeks a creative makeup artist to deliver personalized in-store experiences through expert product application and beauty consultation. The ideal candidate will combine technical makeup expertise with outstanding customer service skills, participate in in-store events and activations, and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. While formal makeup artistry certification or retail beauty experience is preferred, the company welcomes talented applicants with amateur-level skills willing to undergo comprehensive training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to provide personalized consultations and transformations for customers
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and application methods to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive store presentation
- Collaborate with the store team to execute in-store events, activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Build authentic relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a retail environment
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Turkey
