The Makeup Artist sells products, supports daily store operations and inventory management, and provides beauty consultations and product demonstrations while building customer relationships and loyalty. The role requires at least 1 year of beauty or makeup retail experience; professional makeup training and current makeup artist experience are preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell products and manage daily store operations and inventory.
- Understand customer needs and provide professional beauty and makeup consultations and product demonstrations.
- Build strong customer relationships, follow up on the after-sales experience and enhance customer loyalty to MAC.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in beauty or makeup retail.
- Candidates with professional makeup training and current makeup artist experience are preferred.
- Good sales skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Cheerful, proactive, responsible and collaborative.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
