MAC seeks a Retail Artist to deliver personalised makeup advice and customer experiences, support in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, regular role working 15 hours over 2 days.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Deliver authentic, personalised customer service by understanding customers’ needs.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise to advise and serve customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country.
