MAC seeks a Makeup Artist for its Glasgow Fort store, delivering personalised makeup services and customer experiences, supporting in-store events, and upholding visual merchandising standards. The 24-hour-per-week role is part-time.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
  • Use creative and technical makeup expertise to deliver personalised customer service.
  • Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
  • Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.

Qualifications

  • Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
  • Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience using retail point-of-sale software.
  • Able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
