The Makeup Artist delivers personalized customer experiences, represents MAC, supports sales growth and helps manage the counter or boutique while maintaining the brand’s visual identity. This is a part-time, fixed-term contract at 60% to 100%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an authentic, personalized customer experience and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Ensure each customer receives a unique experience through a welcoming approach, advice and service.
- Represent and introduce customers to the MAC brand identity with enthusiasm.
- Support the brand’s commercial strategy at the point of sale by growing revenue and fostering a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
- Contribute to managing the counter or boutique and safeguard the brand’s visual identity at the point of sale.
Qualifications
- Passion for cosmetics and sales.
- Previous retail sales experience, ideally in beauty.
- Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work within the point of sale’s opening hours.
- Knowledge of sales software.
