Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to retail customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on makeup techniques and product benefits
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the store to differentiate the MAC brand from competitors
- Participate in and support in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales impact
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain professional appearance and adherence to MAC brand standards
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in Romania
Skills
Experience
While formal makeup artistry certification is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply. Previous retail makeup experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Education
Makeup artistry qualification or equivalent training is preferred; however, candidates without formal certification but with demonstrated expertise will be considered.
