Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-store makeup consultations and applications, combining creative and technical expertise to deliver an inspirational customer experience
- Educate customers on product benefits and makeup techniques through engaging demonstrations and one-on-one services
- Collaborate with team members to execute impactful in-store events and promotional activities that drive sales and brand awareness
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the counter and store environment to ensure competitive distinction
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently during transactions
- Support team performance goals while maintaining high standards of customer service during retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in South Africa with proof available upon request

Experience
Amateur to professional-level makeup application experience is welcome; formal retail makeup counter experience is desirable but not required for candidates demonstrating strong creative and technical expertise.
Education
