Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup application and consultation services to customers
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotions to create measurable sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the counter and store environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and deliver cohesive brand experience
- Stay current with MAC product knowledge, application techniques, and seasonal collections
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or prior retail beauty counter experience preferred
- Demonstrated high-level creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Comfort working retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Canada
