Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations, applications, and beauty education to customers, demonstrating product knowledge and technical proficiency
- Execute in-store events and promotional activations to drive engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure premium brand positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store performance targets and visual standards
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise welcomed
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Argentina
