Role & Responsibilities
- Create creative, individually tailored makeup looks and touch-ups.
- Provide service-oriented product advice and high-level sales.
- Confidently conduct and close customer consultations.
- Share responsibility for achieving targets and implementing the brand philosophy.
- Execute counter activations and promotions, and ensure qualified product presentation.
Qualifications
- Completed makeup artist training with a diploma or a qualified makeup background.
- Initial professional experience applying makeup and in sales.
- Enthusiastic, collaborative team player with an upbeat personality.
- Independent, team-oriented and target-driven.
- Very good German; good English is an advantage.
- Flexible regarding working hours and weekend shifts.
- Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance.
