MAC is seeking a Makeup Artist and Sales Associate for a full-time role at Shopping Leblon in Rio de Janeiro. The role combines makeup expertise and personalised customer service with support for store events and visual merchandising standards. Makeup certification or prior makeup experience is desirable; training is provided, and candidates with amateur makeup experience are welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspiring and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use makeup expertise, creativity and technique to serve customers.
- Contribute to store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the point of sale consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Valuable point-of-sale or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Ability to deliver inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work during business hours, including weekends.
- Makeup certification and/or prior makeup experience is desirable; candidates with amateur experience are also welcome and will receive training.
