Role & Responsibilities

• Provide personalized make-up artistry services and consultations to customers, combining creative expertise with technical skill
• Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that educate and delight clients
• Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out competitively
• Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions
• Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events

Qualifications

• Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience preferred; amateur-level experience welcome if demonstrating high creative and technical expertise
• Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proof of right to live and work in Chile

Skills

Experience

While certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is desirable, the company welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise and a passion for customer engagement.

Education

Make-up artistry certification or equivalent training preferred but not required.
