Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and consultation services to customers, demonstrating product knowledge and technique expertise
- Create inspirational in-store experiences through engaging customer education on makeup application, color theory, and product benefits
- Participate in coordinated in-store events and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales performance
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure competitive distinction and brand alignment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage inventory accurately

Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred but not required; amateur level experience with strong artistic ability is welcomed)
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in Chile
