A highly skilled makeup artist with MAC will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for client engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. The successful candidate will work as part of a high-performing retail team to execute impactful in-store events, maintain elevated visual merchandising standards, and drive customer education and satisfaction in a prestige beauty environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup application and beauty consultation to clients in-store
- Execute makeup artistry using technical and creative expertise to enhance customer experience and drive product engagement
- Collaborate with retail team to plan, prepare, and execute in-store events and product launches
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure competitive differentiation
- Deliver authentic, inspirational customer service that reflects the brand's commitment to prestige beauty
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions efficiently during store hours
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or demonstrated amateur-level expertise with high creative and technical ability
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Brazil
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Certification or formal training in makeup artistry is desirable but not required.
